How to Get Six Pack Abs and Lose Stubborn Belly Fat

by
Having six pack abs is every man's dream but the dream is difficult to turn to reality unless you have a strong will and are adequately motivated to achieve your ambition. So the answer to the question: how to get six pack abs is easy to answer - it lies within you and your determination.

However difficult it might be, it must be said that getting six pack abs is not completely impossible, provided you back up your nutritional intake with the right types of six pack abs workouts. Given below is a simple and generalized guide which needs to be followed diligently for a minimum 3 months to get visible results:

The recommended diet is to break your daily food intake into 5 or 6 smaller meals rather than 3 big meals. Completely do away with foods which create that layer of fat on your abs like white bread, pasta, soda, candy, dessert, fast food, hydrogenated oils and sugars. Switch to healthier foods like oatmeal, whole grain breads, nuts, fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, chicken, fish, protein, green tea and take plenty of water. Though it is natural to be swayed by temptation, but your strong will would come a lot into play during this change over of eating habits if you want to get six pack abs.

The essential exercises which belong to the six pack abs workout package should include

cardio, weight lifting as well as specific abdominal exercises. The six pack abs workout should be done at least 4 times a week. While walking, running, cycling, swimming etc all belong to the cardio work out schedule, the trick is to do them in 'bursts'.

For instance, if you walk for a minute, then run for about 15 minutes and you could repeat this 10 times. This type of cardio workout should be done twice a week. Weightlifting is important to be included in the six pack abs workout program. Try to do this for 30 to 45 minutes, twice a week. This workout schedule should be combined with specific ab exercises to make the six pack abs workout complete.

You might have heard that all six pack abs workouts involve crunches and sit ups. But there are some other specific exercises, which if done consistently can result in the desired effect. Here are some simple points to remember while you are focusing on six pack abs workouts:

1- Irrespective of what type of abs workouts you do remember to do them in rotation for at least thrice a week. It is important to remember not to over do this however much you might be motivated. Each of these sessions should not be more than 20 minutes which means that you are devoting about an hour a week exclusively for your abs workouts.

2- During each of these 3 or 4 sessions a week, remember that you are doing no less than 15 but not more than 20 repetitions per set. This means that in the 20-minute abs work out session, you must try to include sets of 15 or 20 repetitions. Take it easy while you are doing the six pack abs workouts, or you run the risk of pulling muscle, etc.

3- Last but never the least important point to remember in your six pack abs workouts is that you should never over do any exercise even if you have the requisite energy for doing it. it is necessary for you to know that to get six pack abs it takes a little time and you can not achieve this in a hurry, however hard you try.

While you won't lose stubborn belly fat and get six pack abs overnight, consistent workouts and a healthy diet can help you achieve that goal.

Get Six Pack Abs in Under 2 Minutes. It Works!!

program :
Stay focused throughout the session. Forget everything around you and only think of getting in depth the working muscles.

How To Get Six Pack Abs In Less Than 2 Minutes!

I will not sit here and insult the intelligence and effort of everyone by saying that everyone is going to be able to pull out a six pack in a month. A month is not long enough for some people who have many factors that go into fat loss. Genetics, current weight, current regime, blessings, etc.

But, there is no doubt in my mind that anyone could have a six pack. If you do exercise regularly and you eat a little healthy, have a woundless body that carries only a small spare tire and can be pushed hard, it is definitely possible for you to make your pop abs with one-year notice. Month The path is simple but it takes discipline and hard work and it goes like this:

Diet

I can not sit here and suggest a specific diet that works for everyone. Everyone is different and I do not think the diets as a whole work. You need to know your body and know what works for you to lose weight. Personally, I use intermittent fasting as a way to maintain a functional diet plan for myself. It has many more health benefits that simply control weight.

5 KEYS TO GET A SIX PACK

by
5 KEYS TO GET A SIX PACK

1. Do Not Spot Train

- Spot training is something when speaking about the core just simple dose not work when trying to obtain a slender midsection. While you will have to pay special attention to your core during workouts, its not the only thing that you can train and think you will end up with a nice core, its just simply not true. An exercise routine that incorporates the whole body is the best kind of routine that will help your reach your goal of a six pack.

2. Diet

- Probably the most important aspect that people seem to overlook when trying to obtain any fitness goal is their diet. I have heard it often said that your fitness goal is 80% diet and 20% working out. This is mostly true, as the food we put in our body plays a huge role. For example, if someone ate a high carb/low protein diet obtaining that six pack is almost unreachable. A diet that is high in protein/moderate to low in carbs and fat, is the best type of diet to be on while trying to cut fat and obtain that core you have been working towards. High protein diet will help your muscles grow and recover from those grueling workouts too!

3. Create Instability

- Your core muscles need instability! You cant equate doing something with half effort to doing core exercises without creating instability. You ever see people doing crunches? Of course! Doing these you would almost have to do twice as much to get the same effect as doing some other exercises. Taking your back off the ground and making your back work, your obliques work, and your rectus abdominis working at the same time is the best way to get a great core workout!

4. Weights for Abs

- A slight contradiction to the above statement, but if you want a six pack you need to pretty much kill your abs! By saying that we mean that you need to give them some resistance to pull and push against, some exercises would be weighted crunches or cable pull downs. (Instability will create an amazing core which is most important, and weight for abs will create a more defined set of abs)

5. Excess Body Fat is the Problem

- The biggest problem that people deal with is body fat. Body fat is what covers up our abs, and for both male and female we tend to carry fat on our stomachs, and really the goal is to get rid of that, so with the above four goals, along with proper cardio this will set you up to loose body fat and uncover your abs. Proper cardio is key as we need to melt that fat away. Cardio with proper nutrition can be done 3-4 times a week for 20-30 min at a high intensity for effective results.

5 Tips for Sharp Abs

by

1) Don't Eat Fast-Digesting Carbohydrates

Fast carbs spike insulin, which halts fat-burning and boosts fat storage, particularly on top of your abs. Carbs to avoid are white bread, white potatoes, regular sodas, sports drinks, table sugar, etc. Instead, choose whole-wheat, rye or sourdoughbreads, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, fruits, vegetables, quinoa, legumes and brown rice. One exception here: You can eat fast-digesting carbs right after workouts when they’ll be put to work boosting muscle recovery and growth.

2) Don't Neglect Isometrics

More formally known as the Weider Iso-Tension Principle, this means flexing a bodypart, such as the abs, and holding that position (much like bodybuilders do when posing). To do this, tense each muscle for 6–10 seconds, then relax for 6–10 seconds. Repeat for 10–20 sets. This is a great way to hit your abs while sitting in your car, on your couch or at your desk.

3) Don't Forget About Your Breathing

When you perform an ab exercise such as the crunch, exhale when you reach the finish or top position. This is important because it helps you better contract your abs. Holding the position for a second or two will maximize muscle-fiber involvement.

4) Don't Stop

You typically train in specific rep ranges, such as 8–10 or 12–15 reps per set. Yet when doing bodyweight ab exercises, you can’t alter the weight to match a predetermined number of reps. Therefore, rather than doing crunches or hanging leg raises for a set number of reps, do as many reps as possible until you come close to failure.

5) Don't Forget to Weight

Many guys worry that if they do weighted ab exercises, their abs will become thick and blocky. Yet abs are muscles just like biceps, so they need definition
and separation to stand out. Do some weighted movements in the 8–10-rep range for optimal ab development.
