I will not sit here and insult the intelligence and effort of everyone by saying that everyone is going to be able to pull out a six pack in a month. A month is not long enough for some people who have many factors that go into fat loss. Genetics, current weight, current regime, blessings, etc.

But, there is no doubt in my mind that anyone could have a six pack. I can not sit here and suggest a specific diet that works for everyone. Everyone is different and I do not think the diets as a whole work. You need to know your body and know what works for you to lose weight. Personally, I use intermittent fasting as a way to maintain a functional diet plan for myself. It has many more health benefits that simply control weight.
